Yardi Conversion & Implementation

Overview

P&L possesses a deep, 22-year knowledge of working with Yardi, a global leader in Asset and Property Management Software. Below is an example of how P&L approaches a typical Yardi engagement.

Pre-Implementation Through Post-Implementation

P&L will conduct a thorough interview to determine:

  • Size and complexity of the portfolio you currently manage
  • The Yardi product that will be the best fit for your business
  • Your company’s IT ability to host and support the software
  • A Plan of Action to implement the required IT infrastructure and convert your operations to Yardi
Yardi Configurations

Yardi, like other property management software, cannot be purchased off the shelf and used immediately; it requires configuration to the client’s business structure. Which Yardi System is right for your company?

  • Voyager – Fully integrated, browser-based, enterprise management software system designed as an end-to-end, full-business solution; specifically for property managers, owners, investment managers and fund advisors in global commercial and residential real estate markets
  • Portal – Enables you to connect your existing website with a prospect portal and resident portal. It is a Marketing and Leasing front end to the Voyager 6.0
  • Genesis – Fully Integrated, Windows-based accounting and property management software for Small-to-Midsize Property Management Companies
  • Classic – Windows-based software solution for affordable housing property management
  • Enterprise – Fully integrated, Windows-based asset and property management software designed for mid-size residential and commercial real estate management enterprises

Once the IT infrastructure is in place, all of the software has been loaded and configured for your use, and your operating data has been converted you will need training on how to use your new Yardi system.

P&L is available to act as your Project Manager to assist you in each of these critical steps.
